Welcome to TaY Lifestyle Management. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, website, and any related offerings provided by TaY Lifestyle Management, a doing business as (DBA) entity of TaY Concierge Group Inc. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Who We Are
TaY Lifestyle Management is a luxury concierge service offering personal, residential, corporate, and travel-related lifestyle support. TaY Lifestyle Management is a DBA of TaY Concierge Group Inc., a registered business entity in the state of North Carolina.
2. Services Offered
Our services include, but are not limited to:

Personal lifestyle assistance (errands, shopping, organization)

Travel and vacation prep

Home watch/absentee owner support

Guest services for vacation rentals

Senior and student concierge support
Service availability may vary based on your location and seasonal demand. All services are subject to scheduling and availability.
3. Booking & Payment
Services may be booked on an hourly, a la carte, or membership basis. Payment is required in advance for one-time services and monthly for subscription services.
We accept payment via credit/debit card, ACH, or other approved digital payment methods. Any third-party expenses incurred on your behalf (e.g., groceries, supplies, outsourced vendors) will be billed in addition to our service rate.
Late or failed payments may result in service suspension and a 5% late fee after 7 days past due.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for one-time services to avoid a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service rate. Monthly memberships can be canceled with 30 days’ notice.
Refunds for unused services are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.
5. Liability
TaY Lifestyle Management and TaY Concierge Group Inc. are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from services rendered or third-party vendors hired on your behalf.
We take reasonable steps to vet partners and vendors but do not assume liability for their actions or errors.
6. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described therein.
7. SMS & Email Communication
By providing your phone number and/or email, you agree to receive service-related communications, appointment confirmations, and marketing messages. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying STOP or clicking "unsubscribe."
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and reasonable access to properties, vendors, or tasks as required for service completion. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if conditions are unsafe or unreasonable.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
