How Does It Work?

We begin with an initial consultation after we receive your Client Profile, to talk about your needs, your expectations and to establish whether our a la carte or monthly membership service will work best for you.  We will also discuss channels of communication going forward as we want all of your dealings with us to be efficient, friendly and simple. We are here to help you, not add another stress to your life.

You call or submit on-line your task or tasks (aka your “to-do list”), we assess your request(s) and will contact you if there are any questions.We will complete the task(s) ourselves or use our vetted, experienced vendors and extensive connections to complete your task.

You pay for our time to complete the task, the monthly membership or the package of your choosing plus any invoices from third parties or reasonable expenses required to complete the Request – nothing more.
