Renting out your home requires a serious time commitment and can often be stressful. Every service we provide is specifically tailored to make your life easier.
For our property owners, we aim to ensure your property is maintained to the highest possible standards. For your guests, our goal is to provide the best possible experience when visiting your home and the greater Wilmington area. If you are out of town, busy at the office, or unable to meet your guests, TaY’s management team is here to meet, greet and get your guests settled in. We understand the art of hospitality and will make your guests check in process smooth and hassle free. We can even have all of their favorite food items and beverages waiting for them in the fridge.
TaY’s management team seamlessly handles the coordination of all cleaning and property turn responsibilities, including interior cleaning, linen and laundry services, property inspection as well as toiletry and consumables replacement. Promptly following each check-out our cleaning professionals will arrive to clean the property, provide fresh sheets, wash linens and towels, restock toiletries and replace any missing essential items.
Our team routinely inspects each property and provides owners with an updated inventory checklist so you can always be sure your investment is safe and secure. We can take care of every maintenance issue, big or small or we can track maintenance issues for you to take care of.
